What are the responsibilities and job description for the Refined Fuels Superintendent position at CGRS Inc?
CGRS Refined Fuels is looking for a WORKING FOREMAN / SUPERINTENDENT to lead fueling construction projects from the ground up.
This is not a clipboard-only position.
We’re looking for someone who knows fueling systems construction, can lead crews in the field, solve problems, keep projects moving, and take ownership from mobilization through completion.
If you take pride in running clean, safe, efficient projects — we want to talk.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing field operations on fueling construction projects
• Leading crews and coordinating subcontractors
• Maintaining schedule, quality, and safety standards
• Working directly with project management and customers
• Troubleshooting issues in the field and driving projects to completion
What we’re looking for:
• Strong field leadership experience
• Fuel systems / underground piping / fueling infrastructure experience required
• Someone respected in the field who leads by example
• Ability to manage people, production, and project execution
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
