CGRS is hiring a Fueling Construction Project Estimator who can take ownership of the estimating process from initial review through project handoff.
We are looking for experienced field professionals ready to transition into estimating.

This role is responsible for preparing construction budgets and estimates, analyzing project costs, reviewing subcontractor and vendor quotes, and helping ensure projects are set up for success from the start.
If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple bids and deadlines while communicating effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams — this could be the job for you.
What you’ll be doing:
• Preparing construction budgets by studying plans and updating specifications
• Reading blueprints and analyzing project documents to prepare estimates
• Assessing labor, material, equipment, and time requirements
• Obtaining and evaluating bids from vendors and subcontractors
• Tracking bid costs and trends for awarded, lost, and pending bids
• Collaborating with contractors, engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure estimate accuracy
• Presenting estimates to clients in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining project documentation including estimates, receipts, and completion records
• Performing risk analysis and value engineering projects
• Facilitating project handoff meetings with assigned Project Managers
