CDL Drivers Needed – Local & OTR | $20–$25/hr or $0.60/Mile

Job Description

We are hiring 3 experienced CDL Drivers for local and over-the-road opportunities based out of Ozark, AR. We have 2 CDL-A OTR Hopper Bottom positions and 1 local CDL driving position available.

Position 1: CDL-A OTR Hopper Bottom Drivers (2 Openings)

Pay Options:

• $20–$25/hr through staffing payroll
• $0.60 per mile for direct-hire drivers

Schedule & Home Time:

• Minimum 2 weeks on the road
• Drivers may stay out longer if preferred
• Typically home Wednesday or Thursday and back out Monday
• At least 4 days of home time
• Truck parking is flexible depending on where the driver lives
• Trucks are preferably returned to Ozark for maintenance and inspections

Responsibilities:

• Transport grain and animal feed using hopper bottom trailers
• Operate hopper gates and unloading equipment
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain driving logs using Motive ELD
• Follow DOT regulations and safety procedures
• Complete assigned deliveries safely and on schedule

Trucks and equipment are provided.

Position 2: Local CDL Driver (1 Opening)

Pay: $20–$25/hr | Paid Weekly

Location: Ozark, AR to Scranton, AR

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, occasional weekends
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–1:00 AM or until route is completed
• Overtime potential

Assignment Details:

• Initially a temporary assignment of approximately 1 month
• Potential to transition into a longer-term opportunity
• Preloaded trailers with drop-and-go deliveries
• No loading required
• Ride-along training provided

Responsibilities:

• Transport preloaded trailers between Ozark and Scranton
• Complete required vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate driving logs
• Follow DOT regulations and safety procedures
• Maintain dependable attendance

Requirements

• Valid CDL license (CDL-A required for OTR positions)
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience for the local position
• At least 2 years of tractor-trailer experience preferred for OTR positions
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and reliable
• Ability to work assigned schedules
