A growing CPA firm in Coral Springs is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a variety of tax returns, advising clients, and collaborating directly with firm leadership in a professional and supportive environment.
Relocation bonus offered for the right candidate if relocating from more than 25 miles away.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Review and manage business and individual tax returns, including complex returns.
2. Provide tax planning and advisory support to business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
3. Supervise, train, and support staff accountants and preparers.
4. Manage client communication and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
5. Review financial statements and bookkeeping work to support tax preparation and planning.
6. Help improve internal processes, deadlines, workflow, and quality control.
7. Ensure tax filings, extensions, estimates, and related compliance matters are completed accurately and timely.
8. Assist firm leadership with client service strategy and team development.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
5 years of experience required in the US
Strong experience reviewing tax returns
Public accounting experience preferred
Experience with UltraTax required
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proven leadership skills
