Position Overview
As a Senior Program Manager, you will report to a Senior Vice President and independently manage projects, showcasing innovation and attention to detail. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple high-priority assignments, supervising project teams, and applying internal project management protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute internal project management duties
- Supervise project teams and multiple assignments simultaneously
- Contribute to business development efforts and participate in RFQ/P preparations
- Develop capture plans for projects and engage in pursuit interviews
- Communicate effectively regarding construction issues and solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Sciences, Construction, Architecture, or Engineering (Preferred)
- Minimum of 14 years of construction management experience, including 4-6 years in a supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Bluebeam and Adobe software is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug and background screening
