- Deep clean fry hood louvers and ventilation systems.
- Clean under and behind kitchen equipment to maintain safety and sanitation.
- Scrub and sanitize bathrooms to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
- Wash walls, windows, and glass surfaces for a spotless appearance.
- Detail clean dining and bar areas, including fixtures and hard-to-reach spots.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report needs to management.
- Follow health and safety standards to support compliance with regulations.
