CGI Federal is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to lead Enterprise Output Architecture—owning EngageOne configurations, AFP resource governance, ProAFP conversion strategy, and VPS routing for a large federal agency.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Govern AFP resource lifecycle (overlays/pagedefs/formdefs) and EngageOne control files; ensure version control and auditability.
- Lead AFP?PDF conversion with ProAFP (indexing, routing), and manage VPS printer definitions & validations, incl. DR exercises.
- Produce training materials, meeting summaries, and same day validation issue reports.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree 14 years of relevant IT experience
- Advanced Z/OS workflows (JCL, JES2/3, TSO) and AFP print architecture.
- Hands on EngageOne/ProAFP/VPS; strong troubleshooting and documentation.
- Nationwide enterprise print operations experience; vendor collaboration.
