Your future duties and responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technology delivery initiatives and infrastructure related requests.
- Lead coordination of technology teams, stakeholders, and resources to support project execution and delivery.
- Own facilitation of governance, risk management, and adherence to enterprise technology standards and processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges to support successful outcomes.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align infrastructure solutions with strategic objectives.
- Provide guidance, consultation, and escalation support throughout the technology delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
- 5–8 years of experience in technology delivery, systems integration, infrastructure management, project management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience acting as a liaison/integrator between business and technology teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills, including with senior leaders.
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, application delivery, and technology governance processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
