CGI is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst that will: (1) provide audit liaison support for U.S. Government agency audits; (2) support Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) compliance activities and deliverables; and (3) interpret and apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues. Works on problems of moderate complexity. Analysis of situations and/or data requires a review of a variety of factors. The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will report directly to CGI Federal's Director of Government Compliance.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Works with management to ensure compliance with CAS and FAR and resolve compliance issues
- Provides audit liaison support for Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Department of State (DOS), and other U.S. Government agency audits
- Assists with the preparation of the Company's provisional billing rates (PBR's), forward pricing rates (FPR's) and annual incurred cost proposal (ICP) submissions
- Conducts internal timecard floor check audits and completes other compliance deliverables as assigned
- Reviews Accounting, Finance, Contracts policies and procedures for compliance with established practices and FAR and CAS regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least 2 years of experience working
- Direct experience with providing audit liaison support on U.S. Government audits
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required
- Working knowledge of government contract accounting
- Incurred cost submission preparation experience a plus
- Familiarity with CostPoint and Cognos Analytics preferred
- Flexibility to travel as needed, (less than 10% of the time)
