Your future duties and responsibilities
- Participates in strategy, business planning and operations meetings to capture pertinent information, action items, punch lists and monitor project plans.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support the successful execution of BU and Operations strategies.
- Manages the end-to-end execution of the annual Voice of Our Client (VOC) and Voice of Our Partner (VOP) initiatives, including planning, reporting and follow up activities.
- Develops executive level presentations and materials for business planning, quarterly operations reviews, All Hands meetings, Annual Tour and other leadership meetings.
- Designs, supports, and manages leadership offsites, BU engagement events, office events (All Hands meetings, Annual Tour, etc.), including working with outside vendors for event planning logistics.
- Tracks and reports key performance indicators (KPIs), business goals, operational trends and efficiency metrics during weekly and monthly business reviews. Identifies risks and shares best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of four years' experience in a related field of study
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, proactive approach
- Ability to influence and build relationships with leadership team members
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of business operations and financial principles
- Results oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements and work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
- Tableau and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) experience.
- Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms
