Your future duties and responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their unique challenges and design tailored software solutions.
- Lead the development and deployment of complex software applications in client environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Contribute to technical decision-making processes.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance software performance to meet client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in software development or related technical roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/React, C#, Python, and SQL.
- Experience in integrating applications with various data sources and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with modern development practices, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
