- Design and implement enterprise Data and Analytics solutions for unique and complicated enterprise business problems
- Develop, document, and implement: Data models for transactional systems and/or reporting solutions ETL for analytics solutions and data migrations Data analytic and reporting solutions such as PowerBI or Tableau

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and steadfast attention to detail
- Experience developing enterprise, full lifecycle Data and Analytic solutions with hands on experience in one or more of the following: SQL, ETL, data modeling, reporting, and analytics
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or Computer Information Systems (MIS or CIS) or related degree required
- Hands on experience building end-to-end data and analytics solutions in each of the following areas: data modeling, data warehousing, ETL, reporting, and analytics
- Experience building and designing reporting and transactional models in various database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, AWS RDS, RedShift, PostgresSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake
- Experience planning and conducting complex data migrations
- Understanding of Master Data Management tools and processes
- Software development experience in languages such as Java, .NET, or Python
- Experience with front end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, and/or Javascript
- Experience building AI solutions or leveraging AI in software development
- Experience leading small teams of 1 to 3 people
