Your future duties and responsibilities
- Analyze and prioritize organizational efforts.
- Support resource allocation decision making on priority and emerging technical priorities.
- Create approaches and resources for evaluating performance with a strategic mindset.
- Guide and support goals and strategies to enhance business operations efficiency.
- Streamline documentation and interactions to support collaboration with stakeholders via in person discussions, emails and official reporting channels.
- Create and execute project plans with timelines, budgets, resource allocation and appropriate methodologies.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, communications and provide status updates.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and ensure standards compliance.
- Lead project teams, delegate tasks and promote collaboration.
- Coordinate with leadership, finance and departments to develop financial policies and program management initiatives.
- A Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
- Experience in program and/or project management.
- Experience in strategic planning and organizational analysis.
- Experience with performance measurement and evaluation.
- Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Experience managing stakeholders and communications.
- Experience managing risks and issues.
- Team leadership experience.
