Purpose

Responsibilities
- Provide software maintenance and enhancements for a large integrated government case management software application, including batch, online, and online-to-batch components, with interfaces to numerous other applications both internal and external to the customer.
- Design solutions that effectively meet the customer needs including but not limited to: Software design, coding, unit testing, and documentation.
- Comprehensive support for integration testing, database migration and deployment, and user production validation.
- On call availability for emergency mainframe batch job issue troubleshooting as needed.
- Conduct feasibility research and detailed level-of-effort estimation for enhancement and large maintenance project requests
- Anticipate customer and project needs and proactively identify possible solutions.
- Provide detailed activity reporting.

- Bachelor's Degree required
- Windows 11
- TSO, JCL, IBM Mainframe Utilities
- Software AG Products, including: Mainframe ADABAS/Natural, SYSPAC, SYSMAIN, XREF, programming in Natural One under CyberArk
- Experience with the following is a plus: IBM Host on Demand, ServiceNow APM, DoD SAFE, IBM HATS, XML, Java, MS Visio.
- Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- US Citizenship and Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of both collaborative and independent work.
- Efficiently manages multiple projects and deadlines.
- While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear and use a computer/keyboard/mouse for several hours on a daily basis.
- May require occasional light lifting of up to 10 pounds.
- The hiring range for this position is $125K - $140K/year based on relevant experience and position requirements as determined by the customer parameters.
