While not solely responsible for data warehouse and dashboard development, this role maintains a primary focus on supporting these data platform activities and coordinating as needed across FinOps teams. The Analyst combines hands-on business intelligence and dashboarding skills—particularly in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI—with strong organizational and communication capabilities, helping translate cross-functional inputs into clear insights, tools, and materials that support planning, tracking, and decision-making across the organization.

Essential Duties

Serve as a central coordinator across FinOps departments and external support vendors for dashboard maintenance and reporting purposes.
  • Dashboard Development & Maintenance – Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards (ideally leveraging Microsoft Fabric) to support organizational reporting needs, ensuring accuracy, usability, and timely updates.
  • Operational & Management Support – Provide day-to-day support to the Vice President, FinOps in coordinating across the FinOps team, including scheduling, preparation of presentations and briefing materials, tracking action items, and supporting internal planning, coordination, and execution of team priorities.
  • Meeting Support & Documentation – Support internal and cross-functional meetings through agenda development, note-taking, synthesis of decisions and action items, and follow-up coordination. Lead one-on-one meetings or working sessions as needed to gather status updates and evolving requirements and translate those inputs into clear documentation or decision-support materials.
  • Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Help manage the working relationship with CGC’s data warehouse support vendor, including coordinating requests, tracking deliverables, and escalating issues as needed, while collaborating closely with the VP of IT and senior operational leaders.
