Key Responsibilities:
Outside sales in homes and businesses

  • You sell and run your territory as a business
    Create your own appointments and run company provided appointments
    You track performance, identify gaps, and take extreme ownership of your results.
    You track KPIs like conversion rates, average ticket size, and close rates.
    You optimize and refine sales strategies to increase efficiency and results.
    You are data-driven, not just selling but analyzing why you are winning.


Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • 3 years of in-home sales experience (plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, roofing, or similar).
    Strong sales closer - you know how to handle objections and maximize revenue.
    Strong Interpersonal Skills
    You own the room maintaining strong eye contact, confidence, and conversation flow.
    You think fast on your feet and can adapt to any situation.
    You're an active listener who can read the customer and adjust accordingly.
