- 3 Years in Information Security - California state agencies
- 3 Years providing technical support and desktop support to end-users across various departments
- Active Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or ITIL are required
- Manage and maintain computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and software applications including Microsoft Office suite
- Troubleshoot software issues related to applications such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, and other enterprise tools
