Position summary: The Healthcare Construction Foreman supervises day-to-day field operations on healthcare projects, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with hospital regulations. This role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with subcontractors, and familiarity with infection control, life safety, and occupied space renovations.

Position responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate field crews and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications
- Enforce strict adherence to infection control procedures (ICRA) and hospital safety protocols during construction in occupied spaces
- Assist in implementing life safety plans, including fire protection, egress routes, and emergency access
- Oversee work in occupied healthcare facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to patients and staff
- Maintain daily logs, track labor productivity, and report progress to the Superintendent
- Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are properly staged and available for work
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, safety, and code compliance
- Mentor and train crew members on proper procedures, safety standards, and hospital construction best practices
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to identify and resolve field issues promptly
