Pay: Guaranteed $1,500 per week, with the opportunity to earn up to $2,100 per week based on job performance.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Commercial OTR CDL Class A Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) driving experience, a strong work ethic, and an excellent safety record. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial tractor-trailer in accordance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Transport freight safely and on time across assigned OTR routes.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs), trip reports, and all required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and equipment issues.
- Secure cargo properly and inspect loads before departure.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience (required).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious traffic violations, DUI convictions, or major preventable accidents.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screening, and background check.
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations.
- Must be willing to stay out on the road for a minimum of 3 weeks at a time, followed by 4 days of home time.
- Applicants currently participating in or requiring the FMCSA Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Return-to-Duty process are not eligible for this position.
