Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex technology and consulting engagements from strategy through delivery
- Partner closely with account leaders to identify new opportunities and drive account growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes
- Mentor delivery teams and guide consultants in developing client, business, and leadership skills
- Act as a trusted advisor in areas such as Digital Transformation, Financial Services, Data, or Energy
- Contribute to thought leadership and go-to-market initiatives within your domain expertise
- 10 years of experience in consulting and technology delivery
- Proven experience leading delivery and managing client relationships simultaneously
- Strong business development acumen—comfortable engaging in pre-sales, proposals, and client pitches
- Domain expertise in one or more of the following: Financial Services, Data Engineering, App Development, or Energy
- Background with top consulting or tech firms (e.g., Capco, Slalom, MRE, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
