The Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and engaging training experiences that help members achieve results. This role combines coaching, relationship-building, and sales, including leading structured small group training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver personal training sessions and structured small group training (4–6 participants)
Build relationships with members and actively promote training services
Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized programs
Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
Ensure proper form, technique, and safety at all times
Follow CFX small group programming standards and class structure
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment
Support overall club operations as needed
Expectations
Contribute to training revenue and member engagement
Lead sessions with energy, professionalism, and preparation
Build accountability with clients to drive results and retention
Maintain a strong presence on the fitness floor and engage members
Maintain a professional appearance and follow CFX dress standards
Be reliable, punctual, and accountable for all scheduled sessions
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Nationally recognized personal training certification or relevant degree
CPR/AED certification
Prior fitness or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
