Responsible for supporting efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and production readiness by ensuring all inbound materials are received, verified, organized, and staged correctly within the ERP system and warehouse. This role directly supports operational efficiency and on-time project delivery.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving & Material Handling:
- Assist with unloading inbound shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Verify quantities and materials against packing slips and purchase orders
- Identify and report damaged or incorrect goods
- Assist in inspection of incoming materials for quality and accuracy
- Accurately stage materials for receiving, and delivery to proper whse location - Inventory Control & ERP (INNERGY) Support
- Assist with receiving transactions and inventory updates in INNERGY
- Accurate labeling and identification of all materials
- Help ensure proper bin locations and inventory organization
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits, especially within the stock area - Stock Area Operations (Fasteners, Adhesives, Smallwares)
- Support day-to-day operations within the Cage area
- Monitor stock levels and notify Inventory Team of shortages or discrepancies
- Maintain proper organization and labeling standards
- Assist in implementing and maintaining min/max inventory levels - Kitting & Production Support
- Assemble Partition kits based on project requirements, checking accuracy & labeling
- Pull non-sheet goods materials for work orders using INNERGY (Request & Fulfill)
- Coordinate with team members to meet project timelines - Required to follow all company Safety Rules and Procedures. (including but not limited to PPE)
- Required to maintain consistent and acceptable attendance according to the assigned schedule provided by the manager as well as the Team Member Handbook.
- Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Other duties as assigned.
Required:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High level of personal accountability and work ethic
- Ability to follow direction and execute tasks with consistency
- Basic computer skills (ERP experience a plus, INNERGY preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in a warehouse environment
Preferred:
- Experience in warehouse, receiving, or inventory control
- Forklift and pallet jack experience (training available)
- Experience with hardware, fasteners, or millwork materials
