Daily Responsibilities:

• Assess school capital program needs, including facilities, infrastructure, and technology
• Write, design, and edit original content to improve learning environments at school sites
• Coordinate planning activities with team members to develop project budgets and schedules
• Prepare reports, studies, and findings to support CFW operations and client needs
• Represent CFW at public meetings and consult with state agencies

Required Skills:

• Master's degree in a related field or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of work experience
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Familiarity with planning policies at local, county, and state levels
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience working for public sector clients

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $82,000 to $92,000 annually. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), health & wellness programs, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
