- Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and financial reports to support monthly and year-end reporting.
- Prepare and coordinate tax filings, including sales and use taxes, employment tax returns, W-2s, and 1099s.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules for financial reporting and tax purposes.
- Review invoices for appropriate sales and use tax treatment and manage corporate credit applications.
- Support year-end financial statement reviews, subcontractor prequalification, and payroll coverage as needed.
- At least three years of accounting experience; construction industry experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
- Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, tax reporting, and financial systems; Vista Viewpoint experience is a plus.
