- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data, investigate discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions as needed.
- Prepare financial reports and schedules for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and maintain strong financial controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
