- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and supporting analyses.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and other adjusting entries.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Track and reconcile fixed assets, depreciation, leases, and debt-related accounts.
- Support treasury activities, including cash reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Assist with external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
- Partner with internal departments to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems; exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
