- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations and general ledger accounting
- Review and prepare financial statements, analyze results, and provide reporting to the Controller and CFO
- Manage and support two direct reports across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Partner with operations by preparing ad hoc reports and KPIs to support business decisions
- Oversee sales and use tax activities across 40 states and 14 countries and work with external auditors
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger and month-end close experience
- Full-charge accounting experience with the ability to manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and multiple accounting functions
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with Accumatica is a plus; experience with NetSuite is also relevant
