- Assist with inventory accounting, intercompany activity, and US GAAP compliance
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analysis for management review
- Help identify process gaps and support improvements around systems, controls, and workflows
- Partner with both US and international finance teams to support accurate and timely reporting
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or related role
- Strong hands-on accounting background within a small to midsize company environment
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting
- Knowledge of US GAAP and ability to support inventory and intercompany accounting
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or a similar ERP preferred
