80k-95k plus bonus based off experience

Key Responsibilities: Property Accountant

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements for assigned properties
• General Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the property portfolio
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and monitoring financial performance
• Lease & Rent Management: Oversee lease administration, rent invoicing, and renewals
• Financial Analysis: Provide insights to support property-related decision-making
  
  

Preferred Qualifications: Property Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP related to real estate and fund accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MRI G/L is a plus
