Key Responsibilities For Plant Manager
- Lead all functional departments including production, engineering, quality, HR, and supply chain
- Oversee daily operations and ensure production goals are met
- Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Manage budgets, P&L, and performance metrics
- Build and mentor a high-performing team and foster a culture of accountability
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
- Collaborate with supply chain and customer teams to ensure quality and delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5 years in a senior role
- Strong background in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and team development
- Proven ability to manage financials and drive results
