Key Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll through Paycom
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions regarding pay, PTO, timekeeping, and payroll-related matters
• Support union payroll processes and respond to union-related inquiries
• Maintain employee payroll records, status changes, sick time tracking, and payroll updates
• Prepare payroll reports, garnishment payments, bonuses, and family leave payments while ensuring compliance and accuracy
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll experience with knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
• Experience using Paycom or a similar payroll system, along with intermediate Excel skills
• Team-oriented professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset
• Nonprofit industry experience a plus!
