Payroll Specialist

A growing organization is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its accounting and finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting full-cycle payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

$62,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy
• Assist with payroll tax reporting and compliance activities
• Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies
• Support audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information
• Assist with process improvements and system updates as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of payroll experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
