Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage full-cycle payroll processing
- Oversee Accounts Payable and T&E (Travel & Expense) functions
- Lead the transition from outsourced payroll to a fully in-house model
- Drive ADP / HRIS implementation, optimization, and enhancements
- Design and scale the payroll function, including future hiring and structure
- Partner closely with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Salary: $125,000 – $140,000
