Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Manage and improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to support business growth
- Lead payroll audits, tax filings, and year-end activities
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction within the payroll function
