The Role

As the Payroll Manager, you will lead and evolve the payroll function for a financially strong, fast-growing organization. This role offers a unique blend of stability, ownership, and influence—ideal for a payroll leader who wants to make a lasting impact while growing alongside the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
  • Manage and improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to support business growth
  • Lead payroll audits, tax filings, and year-end activities
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction within the payroll function
