- Coach, mentor, and hold plant managers accountable for performance and results
- Identify and execute cost-saving and operational improvement initiatives
- Optimize staffing levels, scheduling, labor utilization, and overtime
- Ensure facilities consistently meet production requirements and customer commitments
- Maintain operational stability through equipment issues, staffing challenges, leadership transitions, and other business disruptions
- Establish greater consistency in processes, procedures, and operating standards across locations
- Monitor key performance indicators and translate operational data into actionable improvements
- Drive measurable gains in productivity, retention, efficiency, and overall cost performance
- Laundry industry or manufacturing experience required
- Proven experience overseeing multiple operating locations or facilities
- Strong background in plant operations, productivity, staffing, scheduling, and labor management
- Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency and controlling costs
- Experience developing and leading plant managers or other senior operational leaders
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution
- Comfortable traveling approximately 60% to maintain a strong presence across facilities
Salary : $180,000 - $225,000
