- The Human Resources Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations while providing guidance and assistance to employees and managers
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Support employee relations by responding to questions, addressing concerns, and helping resolve workplace issues
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and other HR-related processes as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure HR documentation is organized and up to date
- Help coordinate employee training, performance management, and company initiatives
- Ensure HR practices and processes are carried out consistently and in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws
- Understanding of HR practices, employment policies and employee relations
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
