- Administer employee benefits, enrollments, changes, and open enrollment activities
- Manage and optimize Paycor Talent Acquisition and Performance Review modules
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting and staffing needs
- Oversee performance review cycles, reporting, and system administration
- Maintain HR records, compliance documentation, and HR metrics/reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in talent acquisition
- Experience with Paycor or a comparable HRIS platform
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, benefits administration, and recruiting processes
