Location: Elkhart, Indiana (Fully Onsite)
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Elkhart, Indiana. This fully onsite role will support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who enjoys partnering with employees and leadership while helping build a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Assist with benefits administration, employee records management, and HR compliance initiatives.
- Support performance management, employee development, and engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and personnel files.
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, retention efforts, and organizational goals.
- Assist with training initiatives, policy updates, and other HR projects as needed.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting recruiting and talent acquisition efforts.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or related certification is a plus.
