- Analyze budget-to-actual results and prepare variance reports.
- Generate ad hoc financial reports and provide analytical support to leadership and department managers.

- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
- Serve as a backup resource for Accounts Payable functions as needed.
- Support the implementation and ongoing development of FP&A processes and reporting tools.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of accounting, finance, budgeting, or analytical experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis concepts.
- Internship or practical experience in accounting, finance, budgeting, or financial reporting.
- Exposure to ERP systems, accounting software, or financial reporting tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and preparing financial analyses.
Salary : $45,000 - $52,000
