The Entry Level Collections Will Be Taught To

• Manage corporate customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances
• Create aging reports and prioritize outreach
• Contact customers on the phone and via email regarding past-due invoices (B2B calls)
• Negotiate payments plans and track receipt
• Assist with month-end close for accounts receivable functions
  
  

Background Expected Of The Entry Level Collections Specialist

• Someone who is comfortable on the phone and communicating via email
• No collections experience is necessary
• 2 year(s) in an office environment with exposure to accounting functions
• Education will be considered in lieu of experience

Salary Range:

$40,000 - 50,000
