Key Responsibilities Of The Entry Accountant
- Support accounts payable (approximately 60%), including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment preparation
- Assist with general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Help prepare financial schedules, statements, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes and maintain accurate financial records
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and foundational understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work collaboratively within a team
