The Director of FP&A will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the organization, including two subsidiary entities. This role will provide strategic financial insights, guide decision-making, and partner with executive leadership to drive operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities Of The Director Of FP & A
- Lead and mentor two direct reports: Accounts Payable Manager and Corporate Accountant
- Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic planning initiatives
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support executive decision-making
- Oversee cash flow management, capital planning, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate business opportunities and financial risks
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven culture
Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
