- Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable functional solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, process improvement discussions, and solution reviews
- Coordinate testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
- Promote adoption of D365 standard functionality and Supply Chain best practices
- Multiple end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, or Operations functions
- Strong ERP process knowledge and functional solution design expertise
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement
