- Review and evaluate customer credit applications and establish credit limits
- Monitor customer accounts and assess credit risk
- Manage collections activities and follow up on outstanding balances
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer account records and credit files
- Analyze aging reports and recommend collection strategies
- Partner with sales and customer service teams to address account concerns
- Assist with cash applications, account reconciliations, and reporting as needed
- Ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies
- 2 years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or related accounting functions
- Strong understanding of credit and collection best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
