Compensation And Benefits Specialist Responsibilities
- Administer and support a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, wellness initiatives, and 401(k) plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit and compensation-related questions, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Partner with HR, payroll, and leadership teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee changes and compensation updates.
- Leverage Workday and ADP to maintain employee data, benefit enrollments, compensation records, and reporting.
- Coordinate open enrollment activities and assist with benefit renewals, audits, and vendor relationships.
- Resolve benefit administration issues while working directly with insurance carriers and third-party providers.
- Support compensation administration, including pay-related inquiries and policy interpretation.
- Process and monitor payroll deductions, garnishments, and benefit-related transactions.
- Prepare reports, analyze compensation and benefits data, and provide insights to support HR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Backup to payroll and additional HR functions
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient with payroll software - Workday
- Prior experience with benefits administration
