- Apply customer payments in the ERP system including checks, ACH, wires, and credit cards.
- Scan physical checks to the bank and support daily cash collection activities.
- Review and process remittance information while managing customer banking portals.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, overpayments, and unapplied cash.
- Assist with month-end close activities and AR reconciliations.
- Follow SOPs, PCI compliance standards, and banking regulations while supporting continuous process improvement.
- 1 years of administrative, accounts receivable, or cash applications experience; relevant post-secondary education will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience working within an ERP system preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
