- Prepare and manage certified payrolls
- Complete union benefit submissions
- Manage accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
- Assist with HR document management
- Support simple project coordination and other administrative needs as they arise
- Provide financial and administrative support directly to the owner
- Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or payroll experience
- Experience with accounts receivable and general bookkeeping
- Union payroll and certified payroll experience preferred
- Familiarity with Paychex Flex is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Notary Public certification is a plus, but not required
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
