AR Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- The AR Specialist will support the collections process by communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances
- Record and reconcile incoming payments and ensure proper application
- The AR Specialist will assist with customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support preparation of basic accounts receivable reports for management review
- The AR Specialist will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
