What You’ll Do
- Process 2000 invoices per month in a paperless electronic environment
- Research and trouble shoot discrepancies
- Partner with internal departments to process check request
- Correspond with vendors regarding payment terms and payment dates
- Pair PO or back up to invoices within ERP system
- Support ad hoc Accounts Payable projects
- 2 years of solid Accounts Payable experience in an electronic environment
- A self-starter mindset and someone who is assertive but flexible
- Strong business acumen with great communication skills - verbal and written
- Bonus points for systems experience with Spectrum and intermediate MS Excel
- You’ll be a key player in a growing team during an exciting time of transformation

Salary : $52,000 - $58,240
