- Supervise, mentor, and develop finance staff
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Nonprofit accounting experience required
- Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes
- Prior leadership experience managing finance/accounting teams
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, audits, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
